THE STARLING ROOM
With booth style seating and an intimate atmosphere, the Starling Room is ta semi-private space, and the ideal place for small groups to meet for a cocktail… or several.
With space for groups of 7 – 15, the Starling Room is the perfect spot for your small gathering, with full table service just a stone’s throw from the main bar.
THE ELK ROOM
The Elk Room is a 1920s-style classic cocktail bar and event space, filled with soft leather chesterfield sofas and marble tables alongside turn of the century antiques and taxidermy.
The Elk Room is licensed until 1am, accommodating up to 30 people seated and a maximum of 70 standing.
WHOLE VENUE
For when you really want to impress, hire out the entire venue for your event. Inspired by the Golden Era, whole venue hire of The Everleigh is available 7 days per week. Enjoy world class cocktails from the main bar, cosy up in the soft leather booths and overlook Gertrude Street.
