We want to make sure you’re drinking exactly what you want to drink. Much like a game of ‘Guess Who?’, Bartender’s Choice is a process of elimination that we go through together in order to find just the drink for you. We will ask you a series of questions that allow us to navigate our way through our vast collection of classic cocktails and find exactly what you’re after.
Bartending is an old and honourable trade. It is not a profession and I have no sympathy with those who try to make it anything but what it was. The idea of calling a bartender a professor or mixologist is nonsense.’
